Rainbow Aluminium Extrusion currently has 6 automatic hydraulic presses at 2 different locations with a production capacity of 20,000 MT per annum. We offer all standard extrusions and also cater to customer specific designs and requirements.
Our capabilities
- Anodizing capacity of 2800 MT per annum
- Powder coating capacity of 2000 MT per annum
- We produce profiles ranging from 12.5 mm to 180 mm CCD
- Section weight up to 55 kg per piece
- Wall thicknesses more than 0.5 mm
- Cut lengths up to 11 m
- Standard alloy range: 6000 series, 1000 series, 2011, 2014 and 2003
